When brewed, our coffee produces an excellent espresso with intense fruited jammy notes and a snappy, heavy crema. The taste profile of our light roast is intensely bright and clean, offering tantalizing flavors of lemon tart, raw honey, and floral nectar.
Our farms are located in Goma Woreda, at an altitude of 6500 feet (2000m), which is the perfect environment for growing heirloom varietals of coffee beans through the dry process.
